Calm Kids
- Ages 4 and Up: Start with one capsule daily and increase dosage every few days until the desired response is achieved. Do not take more than 8 times daily.
- Capsules may be opened and contents mixed with applesauce, yogurt, juice, etc.
Moody Blues
- Usage: Mix with water or non-citrus juice. Use two to three times per day.
- 2 to 4 years of age: 10 drops
- 4 to 8 years of age: 15 drops
- 8 to 12 years of age: 30 drops
- 12+ years of age: 45 drops
Calming the Child
- Formulation: Formulated especially for kids ages 2-10, but we’re confident everyone in the family will enjoy the uplifting aroma and calming effects.
- Topical Use: Use the pre-diluted roll-on, or dilute to 1-3% in your favorite carrier oil. Apply topically on your child’s chest or the back of the neck.
- Diffusion: Diffuse a few drops of Calming the Child for 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off.
