Carrot Seed Essential Oil Blends Well With:

Suggested Use: Aromatic – Diffuse using 1-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical – Dilute to 0.5-3% in a carrier.

Add a few drops of carrot seed oil to Rosehip seed carrier oil to rejuvenate, soften and smooth your skin.
Quick Essential Oil Recipe for Menstrual Cramps:
Combine carrot seed essential oil with Evening Primrose oil, in a 3% dilution. Massage into the lower abdomen to help relieve menstrual discomfort.
Cautions: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Not child safe. We recommend a maximum dilution of 1% for topical applications. Do not use undiluted on skin. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant, consult your physician before use.
