Cinnamon bark essential oil shows high levels of antibacterial activity in clinical studies, as well as strong anti-fungal properties. Diffuse cinnamon bark essential oil throughout the home during cold and flu season or when the air starts feeling stale and musty. *

If the cold or flu has already hit your home, diffuse cinnamon anyway! It can help to relieve congestion in the throat and lungs, and help boost your immune response so your body can more quickly fight off infection. *

Topically, cinnamon bark essential oil is wonderfully warming and soothing for sore joints and muscles. It’s a wonderful tool to have on hand during winter months to ease arthritic joints or help get some warmth back into your aching bones! *
