Ginger Root Essential Oil has many uses. The warm, spicy fragrance of ginger buoys a discouraged mood, helping you feel confident, courageous, and self-assured.* It is so well-known for this, that some call it ‘the oil of empowerment’!

Ginger Root Essential Oil is a popular addition to essential oil blends designed to relieve respiratory inflammation and congestion. Ginger essential oil helps break down mucus in the lungs, relieves a sore throat, and helps make it easier to breathe.*

Diffusing Ginger Root Essential Oil can also help to ease headaches and migraines, which are caused by inflamed blood vessels. Because it has properties that allow it to help reduce inflammation, it can also be used topically to help ease sore muscles after a hard workout, menstrual cramps, backaches, and more.*

You likely won’t be surprised to learn that ginger essential oil, like ginger itself, is known for relieving digestive upset. Inhaling Ginger Root Essential Oil or mixing it with a carrier oil and massaging into the abdomen can help to relieve indigestion, nausea, gas, and stomach cramping.*
