Suggested Use: Aromatic – Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical – Dillute to 1-3 % in a carrier.

Quick Essential Oil Recipe for a Tummy Soothing Bath:

Create a Dill Weed bath that will help with digestive upset by adding a few drops of Dill Weed Essential Oil to a 1/2 cup of Epsom salts and 1/2 tablespoon of carrier oil; mix together and add to your bath. 

Quick Essential Oil Recipe for Menstrual Cramps

To help relieve menstrual discomfort combine 2 drops of Dill Weed with 2 teaspoons of your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil; massage onto the abdomen in a clockwise motion.

Cautions: Possible drug interactions with diabetes medication. Do not use undiluted. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your physician before use. We do not recommend ingestion of essential oils.
