Geranium essential oil is derived by steam distillation of the leaves of Pelargonium graveolens, a plant species native to Africa. (Ours is sourced from Egypt!) It’s been used medicinally for so long that it is even mentioned in folklore!

Suggested Use: Aromatic – Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical – Dilute to 1-4% in a carrier.
Quick Recipe for Menstrual Cramp Relief:
Blend 3 drops of Geranium Egyptian and 3 drops of Clary Sage in two teaspoons of Evening Primrose oil. Massage on the abdomen during times of menstrual discomfort.
Quick Recipe for a Beautiful Complexion:
Add 1% Geranium Egyptian to your favorite face wash or facial lotion.
