While we don’t have that kind of magic touch, we can reach for natural remedies to help! Plant Therapy Quiet Cough helps speed the recovery from seasonal pollen or cold-weather threats by clearing your child’s airway and encouraging easier breathing.
Quiet Cough is carefully and intentionally crafted with a blend of essential oils that soothe and uplift. Congestion-busting scents of fir, cypress, and cardamom help ease breathing while the comforting properties of geranium, lavender, and frankincense work in the background to calm and relax kids struggling with coughing spells.
Plant Therapy Quiet Cough Contains:
- Douglas Fir: This purifying essential oil is rich in beta-pinene, a compound that promotes clear airways.
- Balm Mint Bush: This is an Australian evergreen shrub similar to eucalyptus. It’s used to calm respiratory issues.
- Cypress: Cypress is well-loved for its ability to help eliminate airway-blocking congestion and phlegm.
- Cardamom: This distinctive spice is so much more than a kitchen ingredient! Its special calming properties promote clear breathing — and it smells incredible.
- Spearmint: Rich in antioxidants, spearmint helps fight off stress and calms muscles around the windpipe.
- Bourbon Geranium: This rose-like scent is wonderfully calming and uplifting.
- Lemon: Lemon is incredibly soothing to a sore throat and helps promote comfortable, healthy breathing.
- Lavender: What isn’t this fantastic herb good for?! It’s added to this cough-quieting blend because of its ability to naturally lower inflammation and break up mucus.
- Frankincense: Frankincense is great at supporting the respiratory system through hard times. It’s been used for respiratory health for thousands of years!

Suggested Use: Aromatic – Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical – Dilute to 2-4% in a carrier.
