Solgar Oceanic Silica 25mg
Designed to support bone health, Solgar Oceanic Silica 25mg is a non-GMO formula obtained from marine-derived red algae powder. Suitable for vegans, the supplement provides a 108mcg dose of silica as well as a 200mg dose of calcium with every serving.
Silica works synergistically with calcium to support bone formation and discourage bone resorption. While bone resorption is important for maintaining healthy blood calcium levels, excessive amounts can cause bone loss associated diseases so it’s important that our body has what it needs to keep this process in check.
