Rosehip carrier oil is excellent for dry, irritated, or weathered skin. At 100% strength, combine with Helichrysum italicum essential oil using a 5% dilution in a roller bottle or container of your choice. Gently shake the bottle to ensure is dispersed. Apply where needed 2-3 times per day. (Helichrysum italicum essential oil is useful in reducing the appearance of scars).
Quick Essential Oil Recipe for DIY Anti-Aging Salt Scrub
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup Himalayan salt
- 4 tablespoons rosehip oil
- Carrot Seed essential oil
- Combine salt, coconut oil, and rosehip oil in a large glass bowl. Mix thoroughly. Add 10-15 drops of carrot seed essential oil and stir again. Pour into small glass jars and enjoy the way years will be sloughed from your skin!
