    Tim O’Brien opened our first store in Fitchburg in June 2010. Sun Prairie followed in 2016 and West Madison in 2019, and Tim and Becki still run it with their five kids cheering them on.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Qualified orders over $40 ship free within the U.S.; orders under $40 ship for $5. Most orders leave within 24–48 hours and arrive in 3–5 days.

What is your return policy?

Unopened items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days, or for store credit within 90 days. Opened items can be returned for store credit within 90 days.

Can I talk to someone before I buy?

Please do. Call or visit any of our three stores and a Certified Wellness Consultant will help you choose. There’s no charge.

How do rewards work?

You earn 2% back on every purchase when you’re signed in or give your phone number at the register. Each $20 you earn becomes store credit you can use online or in store.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. An account lets you earn rewards, manage subscriptions and track orders.

Where do you ship?

All 50 states, including APO/FPO addresses. We don’t ship internationally.
