Yes! You can add a one-time product to your next subscription shipment without changing your regular delivery schedule. Just log in, go to Manage Subscriptions, and select “Add a One-Time Product.”

Need to take a short break? No problem! You can skip a delivery or pause your subscription entirely through Manage Subscriptions. This way, you won’t lose your settings or discount — and you can pick it right back up whenever you’re ready.

If an item is unavailable at the time of your subscription shipment, we’ll notify you via email. You can choose to wait, swap the item, or remove it from your order altogether.

You're in control! Log in to your account and navigate to Manage Subscriptions. From there, you can:
- Skip a delivery
- Change the delivery frequency
- Update the quantity of your products
- Add or remove product(s) from your subscription
- Cancel or reactivate your subscription at any time

To update your shipping address:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Manage Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you'd like to update.
Click on Edit Shipping Address and enter your new information.
Please note: The updated address will apply to future orders. If an order is already in process, changes may not take effect until the next billing cycle.

Yes! You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each upcoming shipment. This gives you time to make any necessary changes to your subscription.

Yes — store credit from a refund can be used for your first subscription order, but it will not be applied to future recurring orders. If you use store credit for your first order, you must still submit credit card information during the checkout process as the payment option for your future shipments.
