No, you do not need an account to shop on our website. However, creating an account with The Healthy Place offers some fantastic benefits, such as:

Good news! We offer free shipping for all orders over $40. It’s our way of showing appreciation to our valued customers. Orders under $40 are charged a low shipping rate of $5.

We currently ship to all 50 states, including military APO/FPO addresses! We do not ship internationally.

We strive to ship orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them. Our goal is to get your items to you as quickly as possible! Most can expect to see their package arrive within 3-5 days.

Unopened Merchandise: If you have unopened merchandise, you can receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If it’s been more than 30 days, but within 90 days, unopened merchandise is eligible for in-store credit. However, after 90 days, we are unable to accept returns for unopened merchandise.
Opened Merchandise: For opened merchandise, we offer in-store credit within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, all opened merchandise is non-refundable.

When you return a product, we process the refund once we receive it. Typically, it takes about 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
