  • Roman Chamomile Essential Oil: This warming essential oil is as comforting as a big mug of soothing chamomile tea! It helps brighten dull moods, calm anxious minds, and promotes tranquility and peaceful interactions.*


  • Bergamot Essential Oil: Bergamot is uplifting and energizing. It helps to promote balance in the body and the mind and encourages the production of neurotransmitters serotonin and dopamine. This helps relax the mind, improve mental clarity, and give you a much-needed mood boost.*


  • Frankincense Carteri Essential Oil: Widely used and loved for thousands of years, Frankincense essential oil offers a mildly sedating, comforting aroma that helps ease feelings of anger and anxiety, promoting a grounded mood and calm outlook.*


  • Patchouli Essential Oil: The distinctive fragrance of Patchouli essential oil is grounding, balancing, and calming. It has been a popular oil for use in perfumes and cosmetics for centuries, partly due to its fragrance, but also thanks to its ability to ease stress, gloom, and anxiety.*

Suggested Use: 

  • Pre-Diluted Roll-On: Encourage a positive mindset for your children or yourself by using this roll-on topically. Simply apply to the chest, back of the neck, or wrists during times of anxiety. It’s convenient and small enough to keep with you in a purse, backpack, desk drawer, or wherever you need extra support throughout the day.

  • 10 mL Bottle: Diffuse using 2-3 per 100 mL of water in your favorite Plant Therapy diffuser or add 12 drops to a personal aromatherapy inhaler. Add to your favorite carrier oil or lotion at a 2-3% dilution for topical application.


Cautions: Do not use undiluted on skin. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a physician before using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications, or have a medical condition. We do not recommend the ingestion of essential oils.
