How do I join the loyalty program?

Create an account on our website, make a purchase, and you’ll automatically be enrolled in our rewards program—no extra steps needed! If you make your first purchase in-store, your Wellness Consultant will offer to sign you up during checkout if you choose to opt in.

Is there a cost to join the loyalty program?

No, our loyalty program is free to join! 

Will my store credit expire if I don’t use it?

Nope! Any credit you earn stays in your account until you use it.

Where can I see my store credit balance?


Log in to your account on our website. In the account menu, click “My Rewards” to see how much you’ve earned in store credit. If you’re shopping in-store, you can ask your Wellness Consultant to check your credit balance during checkout.

Do I earn store credit from my subscription purchases?

Absolutely! Once you’re enrolled in our loyalty program, you’ll earn store credit for all purchases made in-store and on our website, including subscription-based transactions.

Can I transfer my cash back rewards to another account?

No, you cannot transfer or combine with another account. 

What happens to my cashback store credit if I return a purchase?

If you return an item, the store credit earned from that purchase will be removed from your account as soon as the refund is processed. Please note that this may affect your access to a higher VIP tier.

Can I combine my Store Credit with other discounts?

Yes, you can combine your cashback rewards with an in-store or site-wide promotional discount.

Can I use Store Credit for my subscriptions?

At this time, Store Credit cannot be applied to subscription orders.

The Healthy Place reserves the right to modify or cancel Store Credit rewards at any time. Store Credit can only be redeemedonce and has no cash value. If an item purchased with Store Credit is returned, the credited amount will be deducted from your return.
