Suggested Use: Diffuse Palmarosa Organic during times of seasonal illness. Add a drop of Palmarosa Organic to your favorite skin moisturizer or body lotion for skin balancing and toning action. Add 2-3 drops of Palmarosa Organic to a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage the abdomen in a clockwise motion to ease uncomfortable symptoms. Dilute to 2-4% for topical application.
