Suggested Use:
Step 1. With a clean fingertip, scoop out a small pea-size amount of the natural dry putty deodorant.
Step 2. Apply to your underarm, feet or toes as desired. Apply additional layers in small increments if needed. A little bit goes a long way!
Warm Weather Traveling and Shipping Tips
This natural dry putty deodorant is completely pure and clean. As such, it may require a little DIY effort at times of weather change. Not to worry, we think it’s totally worth the results!
One of the main ingredients in this deodorant is unrefined shea butter which has a melting point of about 85 degrees. It’s completely normal for the dry putty deodorant to get a little runny during temperature changes – when arriving in the mail or traveling on vacation, for example.
The good news is this is totally easy to fix!
To bring it back to its putty state, simply do the following:
- Stir: Mix well with a stir stick or the handle of a spoon. If it’s already begun to partly set, gently melt it in the microwave for a few seconds at a time until it liquifies.
- Cool: Once stirred, transition the putty deodorant in the refrigerator or freezer for 45-60 minutes. Some tiny granules may remain after hardened, but this is normal for shea butter and doesn’t impact the effectiveness of the product at all.
Cautions: Keep out of the reach of children. If you have a negative reaction, discontinue use and consult with a health professional.
