Improving digestive health can actually be pretty easy. Try increasing how much water you drinkexercising a few times per week and upping your daily intake of fiber. Some great sources of fiber include oat or wheat bran, whole grains, fruits, veggies, beans, lentils, and nuts. You might also consider adding a fiber supplement. 

2. Limit Stress and Get A Daily Routine 

Stress and inconsistent routine can play a huge role in constipation. Try to make sure you’re going to sleep and wake up at a similar time each day, and eat your meals consistently.
