Q: How should I take Jarrow Q-Absorb softgels? A: Take 1 softgel with food to start. If needed, you can take it up to 3 times a day. It usually makes the most sense with a meal that has a little fat in it.

Q: Does this use ubiquinol or ubiquinone? A: Ubiquinone. Each softgel gives you 100 mg of CoQ10 in the ubiquinone form.

Q: I've heard CoQ10 can interact with medications. Is that true? A: Yes. Be extra careful if you take blood thinners like warfarin or blood pressure medicine, and check with your pharmacist if you’re on any daily meds.

Q: Is there anything in this one I should watch out for with allergies or diet restrictions? A: Yes. It has soy lecithin and contains soy. The softgel is made with bovine gelatin, so it’s not vegetarian or vegan.
