Suggested Use: Use topically, in a diffuser, or personal inhaler. Diffuse in your workspace or home or add to a personal inhaler to lighten up mental fatigue and moodiness. Topically, add Organic Grapefruit Essential Oil in a 1% dilution as a purifier of congested, oily, and blemish-prone skin. Add several drops to your favorite carrier oil, cream, or lotion for natural toning. Add several drops to your hair care products to help promote luxurious tresses!
Quick Diffuser Recipe for a Cheerful Citrus Blend:
Add 3 drops organic pink grapefruit essential oil and sweet orange essential oil, with 1 drop of lime essential oil to your favorite aromatherapy diffuser, personal inhaler, or diffuser necklace to create a wonderful citrus blend that is refreshing and helps brighten the mood.
Cautions: Can cause photosensitivity. To avoid this, we recommend a dilution no higher than 4%. Do not use undiluted on skin and avoid direct sunlight up to 12 hours after application. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant, consult your physician before use. We do not recommend the ingestion of essential oils.
