Vetiver Essential Oil is famous for its relaxing, balancing, and soothing properties. It can help calm ‘mind chatter’ and promote deep relaxation during sleep when diffused. It also helps support the immune system and is useful in a blend for skin blemishes.*
Vetiver essential oil, also called khus oil, comes from the vetiver plant. This clumpy, green grass is native to India and grows up to five feet or higher. The grass itself offers a pleasant aroma (it is in the same family as lemongrass and citronella) but the essential oil is distilled from the vetiver plant’s roots.
Organic Vetiver Essential Oil has been a staple for perfumeries for years. It’s loved because it offers such a pleasantly deep, earthy, woodsy, smoky aroma that is strong enough to stand out and add complexity a perfume.

Some research suggests that Organic Vetiver Essential Oil has a high toxicity fort ticks. When diluted with a carrier il, it can help to protect from tick bites, which can cause Lyme disease as well as many other types of infection.*
Organic Vetiver Essential Oil Blends Well With:

Suggested Use: Add a drop to your favorite aromatherapy diffuser, personal inhaler, or diffuser necklace and breathe in 30 minutes prior to bed to help calm the mind. Add a drop to your favorite face wash to help fight skin blemishes. Aromatic – Diffuse using 1-2 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical – Dilute to 1-3% in a carrier.
Cautions: We recommend a maximum dilution of 1% for topical applications. Do not use undiluted on skin. Keep out-of-reach of children. If pregnant, consult your physician before use.
