Q: Does this work more for joints, or can it help with muscle soreness too? A: Both. It has curcumin, boswellia, DLPA, and nattokinase, so people usually take it for occasional joint aches, post-workout soreness, and general inflammation-related pain.
Q: How do I take CuraRelief? A: Take 3 tablets a day. I’d take them with food, and if your stomach is sensitive, split them up.
Q: Why does this one use boswellia and curcumin together? A: They’re paired for inflammation support from two angles. The boswellia is BOS-10, standardized to at least 70% total organic and boswellic acids, with AKBA at 10% or more. The curcumin is BCM-95, which includes turmeric essential oil to help with absorption.
Q: I've heard DLPA can feel stimulating. Is that true? A: Yeah, for some people. DLPA is DL-phenylalanine, and if you’re very sensitive, I wouldn’t take all 3 tablets late in the day the first time you try it.
Q: Does nattokinase make this a problem with blood thinners? A: It can. Nattokinase may affect clotting, so if you take a blood thinner, use aspirin regularly, or have surgery coming up, check with your doctor or pharmacist before using it.
Q: My doctor said to watch soy. Does this have soy in it? A: Yes, but only a very small amount. The formula lists soy at less than 5 parts per million, so if your allergy is severe, I’d still be careful and run it by your doctor.
Q: Should I take all 3 tablets at once? A: You can, but you don’t have to. A lot of people do better with 1 tablet three times a day, or 2 earlier and 1 later.
