Fennel Essential Oil: Fennel essential oil has a long list of health-supportive properties; antispasmodic, carminative, diuretic, emmenagogue, laxative, stomachic, stimulant, tonic, splenic and more. This herb has been a classic herb to turn to for tummy troubles of all kinds since just about the beginning of civilization. One of the best ways fennel essential oil helps the digestive system is by soothing muscle spasms while also stimulating bowel movements.

Suggested Use: Inhale from a personal aromatherapy inhaler several times per day; or add to a body oil for a tummy massage. Rub in a clockwise and down direction.

This essential oil blend should not be used with children ages 10 and younger. Keep out of reach of children. We do not recommend the ingestion of essential oils.
