Q: I've heard adrenal supplements can feel stimulating. Will this one keep me up? A: No. This formula is just bovine adrenal tissue, 300 mg of whole adrenal plus 160 mg of adrenal cortex per 2 capsules. It doesn't have caffeine or stimulant herbs.

Q: When do people usually take this? A: Usually between meals. The suggested use is 2 capsules, 1 to 2 times daily, and a lot of people take it in the morning and early afternoon instead of late at night.
