Q: How much should I take per day? A: One capsule 1 to 2 times daily. You can take it with meals or between meals, so most people just choose the time they're most likely to remember.

Q: What's actually in the probiotic blend? A: Each capsule has 5 billion CFU from six strains: Bifidobacterium breve, B. lactis, B. bifidum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, and L. plantarum. The label gives the total blend amount, but it doesn't break out how much of each strain is in there.

Q: Should I take the capsule whole, or can I open it? A: Either is fine. You can open the capsule and mix the powder into a cold food or drink if you don't like swallowing capsules.

Q: I've heard probiotics can bother your stomach at first. Is that possible with this one? A: Yes, that can happen. Some people get a little gas or bloating when they first start, so if you're sensitive, start with 1 capsule a day and give it a few days.
