Q: What does ResveraCel do for you? A: It’s mainly for healthy aging and cellular energy. Each 2-capsule serving gives you 415 mg of nicotinamide riboside, plus 150 mg of trans-resveratrol and 250 mg of quercetin phytosome.
Q: How should I take it? A: Take 2 capsules once or twice a day. I’d start with 2 capsules earlier in the day and see how you feel, since it’s more geared toward energy support.
Q: Does this have NAD+ support ingredients? A: Yes. The main one is nicotinamide riboside hydrogen malate, which your body can use to make NAD+.
Q: Why does this one use quercetin phytosome instead of plain quercetin? A: It’s there for absorption. The quercetin is attached to a phospholipid complex from sunflower, and that phytosome form is often used because it may absorb better than regular quercetin powder.
