Q: How do you take Argentyn 23? A: Take 1 teaspoon, hold it under your tongue for 30 seconds, then swallow. If you're using the vertical spray, 10 sprays equals 1 mL and 23 mcg of silver.

Q: Does this actually have anything in it besides water and silver? A: No. It's just silver in pharmaceutical-grade purified water, with no herbs, sweeteners, or added flavors.

Q: Why does the bottle mention both teaspoons and sprays? A: Just to give you two ways to measure it. One teaspoon is 5 mL and gives you 115 mcg of silver. Ten sprays is 1 mL and gives you 23 mcg.

Q: Should I take this with food? A: You don't need to. I'd usually take it away from food if you're doing the teaspoon under the tongue, so it can sit there for the full 30 seconds first.

Q: My doctor said to be careful with supplements while pregnant. Is this one okay? A: I'd check with your OB or midwife before starting this. Same if you're nursing, taking medications, or dealing with any ongoing medical condition.
