Bergamot Essential Oil: Bergamot oil is excellent for tension headaches and migraines thanks to its ability to reduce anxiety and relax the muscles in our bodies that carry tension.
Patchouli Essential Oil: Depression often gets in the way of relaxation and rest. Patchouli is one of the best oils to uplift the mood, drive away disappointments, and move past heavy feelings of gloom or anger.
Blood Orange Essential Oil: Like other citrus oils, blood orange is uplifting and energizing. It helps to generate feelings of security and well-being.
Ylang Ylang Essential Oil: Uplifting the heart and promoting feelings of joy and hope, ylang-ylang is a perfect addition to this blend of essential oils for tranquility. It helps to relax the body and drive away stress, anxiety, sadness, and depression.
Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil: This bright essential oil relaxes the mind and induces positive feelings of joy and hope.

Cautions: This blend is not child safe. Do not use undiluted on skin. Keep out of the reach of children. Consult a physician before using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications, or have a medical condition. We do not recommend the ingestion of essential oils.

- Pre-Diluted Roll-On: Apply to the wrists, inner elbows, or upper chest.
- 10 mL Bottle: For diffusion, massage, or body care products. Can also apply to wrists or temples. For topical use, dilute to 3-4%.
