Where and how to use it
Roll it straight onto the muscle or joint you're targeting, as often as you need. A topical works where you put it rather than throughout your body, so placement matters more than quantity.
Someone asked whether it can go on their face. No. The formula has menthol, camphor and denatured alcohol in it, all perfectly sensible on a shoulder or a knee and thoroughly unpleasant near your eyes. Keep it below the neck and off broken skin.
What makes it cool
Menthol, mostly, which is the sensation you'll feel a minute or two after applying. Camphor and arnica extract are the traditional companions in a formula like this, in a base of aloe inner fillet juice and sunflower seed oil.
The CBD is THC free. Since it goes on your skin rather than being swallowed, this isn't the product to reach for if you're after a whole-body effect.
Practical notes
The roll-on applicator lets you reach a shoulder blade or the back of a calf without getting it all over your hands. Two fluid ounces per bottle.
Let it dry before you put clothing over it. Menthol transfers to fabric and then to whatever you touch next. Wash your hands if you do get it on them, keep it away from children, and check with your doctor first if you're pregnant, nursing or taking medication.
