Q: Does this help if I accidentally eat a little gluten or dairy? A: Yes, that’s what it’s for. Similase GFCF uses a DPP IV protease blend plus lactase to help break down gluten-related proteins and casein. This product is not intended to replace a prescribed or medically recommended dietary protocol.
Q: How do I take it with meals? A: Take 2 capsules with each meal. I’d take them right when you start eating, especially if the meal might have hidden gluten or dairy.
