Q: How do I take it? A: Take 1 capsule a day between meals. If your stomach is sensitive, I’d still ask your practitioner if taking it with a little food makes more sense for you.

Q: Does this have stimulants or caffeine in it? A: No, it doesn’t have caffeine. If it feels energizing, that’s usually from the adaptogenic herbs, mainly 200 mg of Panax ginseng and 100 mg of eleuthero.

Q: Why does it use pantothenic acid? A: Pantothenic acid is vitamin B5, and this formula gives you 100 mg per capsule. B5 shows up a lot in adrenal formulas because it helps the body make certain hormones.

Q: My doctor said to be careful with licorice. Is that a concern here? A: Yes, it can be. This formula has 100 mg of licorice extract, and licorice can be an issue for people with high blood pressure or anyone taking certain medications, so I’d check with your doctor or pharmacist first.
