Plant Therapy Sleep Tight Blend
Struggling to get to sleep at night? We’ve been there. A good night’s rest is the key to living a healthy, vibrant life. Without enough restful sleep, we’re cranky, stressed, and feeling run down. Plant Therapy’s Sleep Tight Synergy Blend is designed to help you unwind and support a restful nighttime routine.* This blend of beautifully aromatic essential oils helps ease tension at the end of the day and promotes relaxation before bedtime* — well, we can’t take responsibility for middle-of-the-night wake-up calls from the kids or the cat.
Lavender Essential Oil: Soothe mind, body, and spirit with lavender! This classic oil for rest and relaxation helps promote a calm, relaxed state during times of everyday stress* and can be helpful for occasional restlessness at the end of the day.*
Mandarin Essential Oil: This oil helps relax the mind and encourages emotional balance.* It also helps promote relaxation and creates a calm bedtime atmosphere.*
Ylang Ylang Essential Oil: Feeling emotionally overwhelmed at the end of the day? This beautifully aromatic essential oil helps promote a calm, uplifting aromatic experience* and sets the mood for a more peaceful evening.*
Neroli Essential Oil: This essential oil offers an aroma that supports relaxation during times of emotional tension.*
Hops Extract: Hops helps create a calming bedtime environment and supports relaxation before sleep.*
The essential oils we’ve chosen were selected to do more than just encourage a restful bedtime routine.* We also chose these oils for their beautiful aromatic properties. Many sleep blends include heavy, intensely earthy aromas like Valerian, but these scents aren’t exactly high on the list of ingredients for perfumes, if you know what we mean. This blend is made to be relaxation-friendly and beautifully aromatic.*

FAQs About Plant Therapy Sleep Tight Blend
Q: Does this actually help with falling asleep? A: A lot of people use it as part of their bedtime routine to help them relax and unwind before sleep.* It has lavender, mandarin, ylang ylang, neroli, and hops, so it’s more of a bedtime scent for easing into the night,* not something you take internally.
Q: How do I use Sleep Tight Blend at night? A: Diffuse it, or put 1 to 2 drops on a cotton ball near your pillow. If you want to use it on your skin, dilute it to 2 to 3% in a carrier oil or lotion first, then rub it into your legs or feet.
Q: Why does this one use hops extract? A: Hops is in here for its calming aroma and that cozy bedtime feel.* Paired with lavender and neroli, it makes the whole thing smell more like a bedtime blend and less like a straight floral.
Q: Should I put it directly on my wrists or temples? A: No, not undiluted. Mix it into a carrier oil first, since the directions say not to use it straight on skin.
Q: I've heard citrus oils can be irritating. Is that a concern here? A: Yes, for some people. This one has mandarin peel oil and neroli, so if you’re sensitive, patch test a diluted amount first and keep it away from your eyes or broken skin.
Q: Can kids use this in a diffuser at bedtime? A: No, this one isn’t child safe. I’d keep it out of reach and use a sleep blend made for kids instead.
Q: My doctor said to be careful with oils while pregnant. Is this one okay? A: I’d wait unless your OB or midwife says it’s okay. The cautions say to check with your doctor if you’re pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition.
