Q: Does this one help more with skin or joints? A: Both, really. It has 4,500 mg of collagen types I and III plus 2,500 mg of VERISOL® collagen peptides, so a lot of people use it for skin appearance and joint comfort at the same time.
Q: How do I take it? A: Take one scoop once a day in any drink you like. One scoop is 7.1 grams. It mixes easiest into something cold or room temp.
Q: Why does it have biotin and vitamins added in? A: They’re there more for the beauty side of the formula. You’re getting 300 mcg of biotin, 90 mg of vitamin C, and 300 mcg of vitamin A, which are commonly paired with collagen for skin support.
Q: I've heard collagen isn't a complete protein. Is that true here? A: Yep. You get 6 grams of protein per scoop, but collagen isn’t a complete protein, so I wouldn’t use this as your main protein powder.
