Q: How is this one supposed to help skin? A: Mainly through 2,500 mg of VERISOL bioactive collagen peptides in each 3-tablet serving, plus vitamin C, which helps with collagen formation. It also has 300 mcg of vitamin A, a nutrient commonly used for skin health.

Q: Should I take all 3 tablets at once? A: Yes. The suggested use is three tablets once daily. I’d take them with a meal and water so they sit a little better.

Q: Does this have enough collagen to be worth taking? A: Yeah, for a skin formula, 2.5 grams is a pretty standard daily amount. This uses VERISOL, which is a collagen peptide made specifically for skin support, not just a generic collagen powder.
