Q: How many capsules should I take per day? A: Take two a day with meals. If your stomach is sensitive, I’d split it, one capsule twice a day.

Q: Why does this one use lemon balm in an immune formula? A: It has lemon balm at 200 mg, standardized to 5% rosmarinic acid. That’s not the usual immune herb, but some formulas mix it in with elderberry, quercetin, and mushroom extracts like this.

Q: I've heard quercetin is good to take with vitamin C. Does this have enough of both? A: Yes. You get 200 mg of quercetin and 200 mg of vitamin C per 2 capsules. That’s a pretty standard daily combo, not a mega-dose of either one.
