Q: Does this work better short term or can I take it daily? A: Both. A lot of people use more of it when they feel something coming on, then drop to 1 softgel twice a day for regular immune support.
Q: How do I take it when I feel like I'm getting sick? A: If you feel like you're coming down with something, take 1 softgel every 2 to 3 hours. For kids 5 and up, it's 1 softgel every 4 to 6 hours. If a child is taking it a lot, I'd still check with their practitioner.

Q: Why does it say Echinamide on the front? A: Because that's the name of their echinacea extract. It's an organic Echinacea purpurea fresh liquid extract in an 8:1 concentration, made from both the flower and the root.
Q: Should I take this with food? A: You can. It's a softgel in sunflower oil, and a lot of people find it a little easier to take with food, even though the directions don't say you have to.
Q: Are there any medication concerns with this one? A: Yes. I'd be careful with this one. Licorice can mess with some blood pressure meds, diuretics, and a few other prescriptions, so if you take anything regularly, check with your pharmacist first.
