Quick Essential Oil Recipe for Essential Oil Cleaning Spray
To make a fantastic cleaning spray, add 15 drops of Defender and 1 tablespoon of Castile Soap or dishwashing liquid to 4 ounces of distilled water. Just spray and wipe to help keep your home fresh and clean during seasonal changes!

Q: Why does this one smell so bright compared to some immune blends? A: Mostly because the citrus hits first. Blood orange, lemon, and pink grapefruit give it that fresh, upbeat smell, and the frankincense and marjoram keep it from getting too sharp.
Q: I've heard citrus oils can make skin sun-sensitive. Is that a concern here? A: Yes, I’d be careful. Since this blend has blood orange, lemon, and grapefruit peel oils, I’d avoid putting it on skin that’ll be in direct sun right after.
Q: Should I use the 10 mL or 30 mL bottle? A: The 10 mL is enough if you’re just diffusing it here and there. If you want to diffuse it and make cleaning sprays too, the 30 mL usually makes more sense.
Q: Can I take Defender internally for extra immune help? A: No, I wouldn’t take this one internally. It’s an essential oil blend meant for diffusing, diluted topical use, or household cleaning.
