Q: Does this have anything in it for energy, or is it basically just a multivitamin? A: Yeah, it does more than a basic multivitamin. It has high-dose B vitamins like thiamine at 20 mg, riboflavin at 20 mg, and niacinamide at 125 mg, plus NAD3®, theacrine, PQQ at 10 mg, and Alpha GPC at 100 mg.
Q: How do I take Jocko Time War? A: Take one packet a day with food. I’d use it earlier in the day since it has theacrine, and some people find the formula pretty energizing.
Q: Why does this use methylcobalamin for B12? A: Because methylcobalamin is the active form of B12, and some people prefer it over cyanocobalamin. This one gives you 100 mcg, which is 4167% of the daily value.
Q: I've heard ashwagandha can be hit or miss. How much is in here? A: It has 250 mg of KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract per packet. There’s also 170 mg of rhodiola, so it’s not just relying on one adaptogen.
Q: Should I be careful with this if I take medications? A: Yes. I’d be extra careful if you take blood thinners because this has vitamin K2 at 100 mcg. I’d also check with your pharmacist if you use thyroid meds, stimulants, or anything for blood pressure.
