- Pre-Diluted Roll-On: Apply to problem areas 1-2 times daily.
- 10 mL Bottle: For a soothing bath to help relax your child and promote comfort during periods of growth,* add 3-5 drops to a 1 tablespoon of bubble bath or body wash and 1/2 cup of Epsom salt, and add to a warm bath before bed. For topical use, dilute Grow Ease to 2-4% in your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil and apply to the affected area.

Q: What's the difference between the roll-on and the regular 10 mL bottle? A: The roll-on is pre-diluted, so it's ready to use on skin. It has the same oils at 3% in coconut-based caprylic/capric triglyceride. The 10 mL bottle is undiluted, so you need to mix it with a carrier oil before putting it on skin.
Q: We've never used essential oils before. Which ingredients are in this one? A: This blend has Juniper Berry, Rosalina, Black Spruce, Turmeric CO2, and Blue Tansy. The turmeric root extract is the certified organic ingredient in the blend.
Q: For a 6-year-old, how would you use it? A: If you have the roll-on, put it on the area 1 to 2 times a day. If you bought the regular bottle, dilute it to 2-4% in a carrier oil first. Or add 3-5 drops to 1 tablespoon of bubble bath or body wash plus 1/2 cup Epsom salt for a warm bath.
Q: I've heard blue tansy can stain. Is that true with this one? A: Yes, it can. Blue tansy is a deep blue oil, so use a small amount and keep it off light pajamas, bedding, or delicate fabric until it soaks in.
Q: My child has sensitive skin. Anything I should watch out for? A: I'd patch test first. Never use the regular bottle undiluted. Even with the pre-diluted roll-on, stop if your child gets redness or irritation.
Q: Would you use this on a toddler, or is it more for older kids? A: I'd stick to the brand's age range here, 2-10 years old. Keep it out of reach. If your child is under 2, I'd skip it unless your pediatrician says otherwise.
