Q: How am I supposed to take this one? A: Take 2 liquid soft-gels twice a day with a meal and a full glass of water. That's 4 soft-gels a day total.

Q: Why does this one have turmeric and black pepper in it? A: For absorption. It has 100 mg of turmeric extract, standardized to 95 mg curcuminoids, plus 3 mg of BioPerine Complex from black pepper extract to help your body absorb it better.

Q: Should I take it if I have gallbladder issues or bile duct problems? A: No, not if you have a bile obstruction. Since it also has artichoke, dandelion, and boldo, check with your doctor first if you have gallbladder issues.

Q: My doctor said to be careful with supplements because I'm on medication. Is this one a concern? A: Yes, I'd be careful. Milk thistle, turmeric, licorice, and black pepper extract can all interact with medications, so it's smart to run it by your pharmacist if you're taking anything.
