Q: Does this actually raise testosterone? A: It may help support testosterone that's already in the normal range, but I wouldn't treat it like prescription testosterone. The main ingredients people usually focus on are 100 mg of LJ100 tongkat ali and 200 mg of fenugreek extract per 4 softgels.
Q: Should I take all 4 softgels at once or split them up? A: I'd usually split them up with meals. The label says 4 liquid softgels a day in divided doses with food and a full glass of water, or all 4 about an hour before activity if that's why you're taking it.
Q: Why does this one have L-citrulline and beet powder in it? A: Those are more for circulation and performance than testosterone itself. You get 1,500 mg of L-citrulline and 100 mg of beet powder, so some people take it more for blood flow support.
Q: I've heard ginkgo can interact with meds. Is that a concern here? A: Yes, it can be. This one has 120 mg of ginkgo extract, so I'd be careful if you take blood thinners, aspirin regularly, or anything for circulation. I'd check with your pharmacist first.
Q: My doctor said to watch my blood sugar. Can I still use this? A: Use caution. Fenugreek can affect blood sugar, and the bottle also warns that this product has an ingredient that may affect blood sugar. I'd clear it with your doctor before starting it.
