Q: Who is this men's multi best for? A: It's for men over 40 who want a more complete multivitamin with extra prostate and heart support. You still get the usual vitamins and minerals, plus forms like methylcobalamin for B12 and Metafolin for folate, which some people specifically look for.
Q: How should I take it? A: Take 3 capsules with meals, 1 to 2 times daily. I'd start with 3 a day with food, then only go up to 6 a day if your practitioner tells you to.
Q: Does this have the active forms of B vitamins? A: Yes. It uses L-5-MTHF for folate, methylcobalamin for B12, riboflavin 5' phosphate for part of the B2, and pyridoxal 5' phosphate for part of the B6.
