Q: How do you take this liquid vitamin E? A: Take 0.5 mL twice a day, preferably with a meal. Use the dropper, shake it first, and split it into two doses unless your practitioner told you otherwise.
Q: Does this give natural vitamin E or synthetic? A: Natural. It uses d-alpha tocopherol, the natural form, at 100 mg per 0.5 mL serving.
