FAQs About Plant Therapy Sensual Synergy Blend
Q: How do you use the roll-on version? A: Swipe it on your neck, wrists, or arms. It's already diluted to 5% in fractionated coconut oil, so you can use it straight from the bottle.
Q: Does the regular 10 mL bottle need to be diluted? A: Yes. Dilute it to 2 to 5% in a carrier oil before putting it on skin, or diffuse 2 to 3 drops in 100 mL of water.
Q: Why does this blend smell so floral and warm? A: Because it's built around ylang ylang, jasmine absolute, patchouli, lavender, sweet orange, and Australian sandalwood. The ylang ylang and jasmine give it that rich floral note. Patchouli and sandalwood make it deeper and warmer.
Q: I've heard citrus oils can make skin more sun-sensitive. Is that a concern here? A: A little, yes. It has sweet orange peel oil, so if you're putting it on exposed skin, avoid direct sun right after, or save it for later in the day.
Q: Should I get the roll-on or the plain bottle? A: If you want the easy option, get the roll-on. If you want to diffuse it or make your own diluted body oil, the plain 10 mL bottle gives you more flexibility.
Q: Can I use this if I have sensitive skin? A: Maybe, but patch test first. Even the roll-on has essential oils like ylang ylang, jasmine, and patchouli, and those can sometimes bother reactive skin.
Q: Is this safe during pregnancy or while nursing? A: Check with your OB or midwife before starting this one. Essential oil blends can be tricky during pregnancy, especially with floral oils like jasmine and ylang ylang.
