FAQs About Qēt Botanicals Balancing Night Serum
Q: Who tends to do best with this night serum? A: Usually people with combination, active, or sensitive skin do well with it. The mix of grape seed, sunflower, evening primrose, argan, cranberry, and sea buckthorn oils gives moisture without feeling too heavy.
Q: How do I use it at night? A: Shake it first, then use 3 to 5 drops on damp skin. I’d mix it in your palm with 2 sprays of toning water, massage it over your face, then take whatever is left down onto your neck.
Q: Does it feel greasy? A: Not really. Grape seed and sunflower seed oil are on the lighter side, so most people find it sinks in well, especially on damp skin.
Q: Why does this one use evening primrose and sea buckthorn oil? A: They’re both there to help with moisture and overall skin support. Evening primrose is often a nice fit for skin that gets touchy or dry, and sea buckthorn is commonly used to help skin look smoother and more refreshed.
Q: I've heard essential oils can bother sensitive skin. Should I worry about the jasmine or frankincense? A: Maybe, especially if you’re very reactive to fragrance or essential oils. This one has jasmine flower oil and frankincense oil, so I’d patch test first before using it all over your face.
Q: Can I use it if I'm acne-prone or dealing with uneven texture? A: Yeah, a lot of acne-prone people like lighter facial oils, and this one was made with active and imbalanced skin in mind. Everybody’s skin is different, so I’d start with a small amount and see how your skin responds.
Q: Should I check with my doctor before using this if I'm pregnant or nursing? A: Yes, talk to your OB or midwife before starting this one. Since it has jasmine and frankincense essential oils, I wouldn’t want to guess on that.
