Q: Why does this have fish oil in it? A: Because it’s not just an herb blend. You get 1720 mg of fish oil per serving, which adds 516 mg of omega-3s, and since it’s a liquid soft-gel, that may also help with absorption.
Q: I've heard horny goat weed can feel stimulating. Is that true with this one? A: For some people, yeah. This one has 234 mg of epimedium extract plus tyrosine, CDP-choline, DMG, and ginseng, so if you’re sensitive to energizing stuff, I wouldn’t take it too close to bedtime.
