What "clean" means on a BCAA
Two things, mainly. First, the source: most BCAAs on the market are derived from duck feathers or human hair, which surprises people when they find out. Plant-fermented BCAAs avoid that entirely, and that's the main claim behind a "clean" label.
Second, what's not in it. Artificial colours, sweeteners and flavours are standard in the category, and leaving them out is the other half of the claim.
Thirty servings.
Do you need BCAAs?
Honest answer: if you already eat enough protein, probably not. BCAAs are three of the amino acids you get from any complete protein source, and a whey or plant protein shake delivers them alongside the rest. Where BCAAs earn their place is training fasted, long sessions, or when you want something to sip that isn't a full protein drink.
We'd rather you know that before buying than after.
Using it
Mixed into water and sipped during training, or around your session. There's no strict timing requirement, and the research on precise BCAA timing is thinner than the marketing suggests.
Check with your doctor if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition.

FAQs About Clean Machine Clean BCAA
Q: What makes a BCAA "clean"? A: Plant fermented rather than derived from duck feathers or human hair, which is how most BCAAs are made, and no artificial colours, sweeteners or flavours.

Q: How many servings per container? A: Thirty.
