Q: How should I take this one? A: Take 2 capsules a day with food. Breakfast or lunch is probably easiest, and it may sit better that way, especially with the fat-soluble ingredients like vitamin A, vitamin E, CoQ10, and astaxanthin.
Q: I've heard grape seed and pine bark are similar. Why does this use both? A: They are similar. Both are rich in proanthocyanidins. This one uses grape seed standardized to 95% proanthocyanidins and pine bark standardized to 90%, so you're getting two concentrated plant antioxidants in the same formula.
Q: Should I take this if I'm on medications? A: Be careful with this one. Ingredients like grape seed extract, pine bark extract, resveratrol, CoQ10, and vitamin E can interact with meds, so I'd check with your pharmacist first, especially if you take blood thinners, blood pressure meds, or anything for blood sugar.
