Q: How do I take this multivitamin? A: Take eight tablets a day with food. Most people split them up, four with breakfast and four with dinner, because that’s usually easier on the stomach.

Q: Does this use the active forms of the B vitamins? A: Yes, for several of them. It uses riboflavin-5-phosphate for B2, pyridoxal-5-phosphate for B6, 5-MTHF for folate, and methylcobalamin for B12.

Q: Why does the serving size seem so high?
