Nuun Vitamins are an effervescent blend of top nutrients that are often hard to consume through diet alone. A complete package of hydrating electrolytes are also blended into the health-promoting tablets, including chloride (from himalayan pink salt), potassium and sodium. Each hydrating and healthful tablet contains:

Q: Does Nuun Vitamins work like a regular multivitamin? A: Not really. It has smaller amounts of vitamins plus electrolytes, like 10 mg vitamin C, 5 mcg vitamin D, and 150 mg potassium. I’d think of it more as a hydration tablet with a vitamin boost than a full multivitamin.
Q: How do I take it? A: Drop one tablet into 16 ounces of water and let it fully dissolve. Don’t take more than 6 tablets in a day.
Q: Why does it have sodium and potassium in it? A: They’re there to help with hydration. Each tablet has 100 mg sodium, 150 mg potassium, and 75 mg chloride, so it’s basically meant to be added to water.
Q: I've heard Nuun has a lot of sugar. Is that true? A: No, not really. This one has 2 grams of sugar and 4 grams of carbs per tablet.
Q: Should I take this instead of an electrolyte drink after sweating? A: You can, especially for lighter day-to-day hydration. Just keep in mind the electrolyte amounts are pretty moderate, so after a really hard workout or heavy sweating, some people prefer something with more sodium.
