PureGenomics is an ideal multivitamin for genetic polymorphisms. It provides the nutrients needed to support common genetic variations in the methylation pathway!

In genetics, the term “polymorphisms” refers to the different variations a single gene can have. So, what is the methylation pathway, and why should this matter to you?

Methylation is a biochemical process that plays a role in cardiovascular, cognitive, reproductive, and vision health*, along with many other body systems. When methylation is impaired, it can affect normal cognitive function, hormone balance, cardiovascular health, and vision. And that’s just part of the picture.

That’s why this once daily multivitamin mineral formula is a great fit for individuals who want to support their body’s natural biochemical processes. It addresses the nutrient requirements of common genetic variations!

PureGenomics’ multivitamin and mineral complex offers a rich source of choline and other B vitamins. They play a crucial role in methylation and help support normal cellular function*. Additionally, the choline in Pure Encapsulations PureGenomics Multivitamin is included for brain health support*. This helps with cognitive processes like visual memory and complex thinking*

This powerful multivitamin and mineral complex combines chelated, highly bioavailable nutrients to assist your body’s natural biochemical processes. Ready to give your mind and body the boost it needs for healthy methylation and genetic support? Try Pure Encapsulations PureGenomics Multivitamin!

FAQs About Pure Encapsulations Puregenomics Multivitamin Capsules

Q: Who tends to do well with this multivitamin? A: People who want a one-a-day multivitamin with active forms usually do well with this one. It uses L-5-MTHF for folate, adenosylcobalamin plus hydroxycobalamin for B12, and it's usually gentle on sensitive stomachs when you take it with food.

Q: Does this have methylated B vitamins? A: Yes. The folate is 800 mcg of L-5-MTHF, which equals 1,333 mcg DFE, and the B6 includes pyridoxal 5' phosphate along with pyridoxine HCl.

Q: Should I take it with food or on an empty stomach? A: With food. Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Most people find it sits better that way.

Q: I've heard that multis can upset your stomach. Is this one pretty easy to tolerate? A: Usually, yes. It's 1 capsule a day, and a lot of people who don't do well with bigger multis find this one easier to handle.

Q: Why does this one include lutein and zeaxanthin? A: They're in there for eye health. You get 3 mg of FloraGLO lutein and 500 mcg of zeaxanthin. Those are the carotenoids people usually look for for macular support.

Q: My doctor said to watch vitamin K. Can I still take this? A: Maybe not without checking first. It has 60 mcg of vitamin K plus 20 mcg of K2 as menaquinone-7, so if you're on warfarin or another blood thinner, I'd check with your doctor or pharmacist first.

Q: Is the vitamin D amount high in this one? A: Not really. It has 25 mcg, which is 1,000 IU of vitamin D3, and that's a pretty standard daily amount in a multivitamin.
